Here you can relax and enjoy beautiful views over Anåfjället and Lake Messlingen, a feeling of nature that is hard to beat!
At Messlingen, 90 km of world-class cross-country ski tracks are groomed, winding through a variety of terrain: everything from high-mountain terrain and tracks that wind across the bogs to hilly training tracks at lower altitude. From all the plots it is ski-in/ski-out to the cross-country tracks.
Messlingen also has kilometres of fantastic hiking and mountain bike trails that wind through the birch forest, up onto the bare mountain and down along streams and rivers. The trails can be accessed directly from the plots.
Other activities include fishing, snowmobiling, snowkiting, hiking, mountain bike trails, bird dog training, culture and more. In the Funäsfjällen you will find alpine skiing for the whole family, with as many as 136 runs on the same lift pass. The Funäsfjällen include Ramundberget, Kappruet, Funäsdalsberget, Tänndalen and Tännäs. Closest is Kappruet, about 10 minutes by car; all the other alpine areas can be reached within 60 minutes by car.
